Refund Policy and Disclaimer . . .


Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC reserves the right to cancel any course, limit enrollment, modify the announced course content, or change the location, time, date and faculty of any course as may be deemed necessary or advisable.  Outside vendors (Cruise Ship Companies, Excursion operators, etc.) may also change itinerary as per their disclaimers; this is beyond the control of Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC.  Rates may reflect limited time promotions, which may be withdrawn at any time without notification. Not responsible for any errors or omissions. Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC has the right to correct any such errors/omissions, or to make any other changes that it deems necessary, without notice.


Course Cancellation:

 Between 6-months and 2-weeks prior to the onset of the cruise there is a $100 course cancellation penalty. Within 2-weeks prior to the onset of the cruise, no refund for the course will be granted.


Trip Cancellation & Liability:

Please note, as of 1/15/17 there is a $100 per cabin non-refundable application fee as well as a $100 non-refundable seminar fee. Cruise, Airline seats, & Hotels booked through the cruise line are refundable as per the cancellation policy of Princess Cruises. Princess Cruises' cancellation policy for the cruise is as follows: 75-57 days prior to departure date - $100 per cabin; 56-48 days – 50% of cruise package price,; 47-15 days – 75% of cruise package price; 14 days or less – 100% of cruise package price. Additional cancellation penalties and restrictions are applicable to suites and additional purchases or reservations made through the cruise line on your behalf. Airline seats purchased other than through the cruise line are non-refundable and all restrictions and change fees are as imposed by the airline. Hotel cancellation fees as of 12-weeks prior to reservations are 50% of total, and as of 8-weeks are 100%. As of two weeks prior to departure seminar fees are non-refundable. Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC arranged Transfers & Tours are non refundable. In addition to all the above listed penalties, all transaction fees incurred by Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC will be deducted from any refunds. Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC is not responsible for any services or products not provided or delivered by travel suppliers. At the discretion of Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC, any seminar can be canceled if an insufficient number of doctors have registered.  In order to protect your investment, and to protect yourself against unforeseen expenses while on vacation, please contact Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC and request information on the purchase of travel insurance.



AGD Provider # 217949

Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship/Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from 6/1/13 to 5/31/17.


All Programs Are in Partnership With the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.

Dr. Travel, LLC is an approved COPE provide.



Conference sessions generally take place during the days at sea, as cruise itinerary allows, avoiding conflicts with ports-of-call or evening entertainment.


All courses are designed for the general practitioner as well as for all specialties. Hygienists and staff are welcome. Students may deduct 50% off on seminar fees.


All courses are offered by means of lecture.

Dental Courses qualify for MAGD/FAGD credit.

Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC. has an obligation to disseminate new knowledge related to dental practice. In so doing, some presentations may include controversial materials or commercial references.  
Attending continuing education courses offered by Dr. TRAVEL SEMINARS, LLC does not necessarily qualify you to integrate new techniques or procedures into your practice.  Course participants should rely on their judgment regarding their clinical expertise and seek further education when necessary before implementing any new procedure.  Courses offered and/or sponsored in conjunction with other organizations or commercial interests do not necessarily imply endorsement of a particular philosophy, procedure or product of said organization, nor of Dr. TRAVEL SEMIINARS, LLC.

AGD:  Program provider approval: Approval by the AGD does not imply endorsement of course content, products or therapies presented, nor does this approval imply that a state or provincial board of dentistry will accept courses. Approved program providers are expected to comply with all relevant state and federal laws. Continuing education offered by approved program providers will be accepted by the AGD for Fellowship/Mastership credit. Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC is an AGD Pace approved provider.

Some courses may be acceptable for CE credits in other professional disciplines. Please inquire with the appropriate governing body.

DANB: Except for Home Study Courses, CDE does not need to be pre-approved by DANB in order to be accepted as meeting DANB Recertification requirements.  However, CDAs need to be aware of non-clinical courses because they can only count 3 CDE hours annually under category 3.
