Hotel: Hotel fees are refundable prior to 60 days from the arrival date at the hotel. From 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival at the hotel, a 50% cancellation fee will be in effect. Beginning at 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel, the cancellation fee is 100%.  

Cruise: Please note that there is a $100 per cabin non-refundable application fee. Cruise and airline seats purchased through the cruise line are refundable as per the cancellation policy of the Cruise Line and/or the individual airline. Cruise Line's cancellation policy is as follows: 75-30 days - $250 per person cruise, $100 per person air; 29-8 days – 50% of cruise package price; less than 8 days – 100% of total package price.

Airlines: Airline seats are non-refundable and subject to airline change fees and all rules and regulations adopted by the airline. Please contact the airline for their policy. Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC will assess a $25 administrative fee for all canceled airline tickets purchased through Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC.
Seminar
: There is a $100 cancellation penalty for any course when made greater than 3 weeks prior to the seminar.

If a cancellation is made within the 2 weeks prior to the course, no refund will be granted.

Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC: In addition to all the above listed penalties, all transaction fees incurred by Dr. Travel Seminars, LLC will be deducted from any refunds.
